Our fees are based on the level of experience we bring to your situation and on the type of services you need.  They are discussed with you at the start of your relationship with the firm.   You will receive written confirmation of our fee understanding.

Personal injury, special education and employment discrimination litigation may be handled on a contingent fee basis, which means that there is no fee unless money is collected for the client. If we are working with you on an hourly basis, you will receive fully itemized statements of services rendered and payments received.

If you have an unusual situation, we are able to work with you and can often design alternative fee agreements to meet your needs, including fixed fees, retainers, budgets, mixed hourly and contingent, and similar arrangements.
